Refund and Returns Policy
As we partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, all products are custom-made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this unique process, please note the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Since each item is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- A change of mind after placing the order
We encourage you to carefully review your selection, including sizing and color options, before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered! We’ll happily offer a free reprint or a refund, provided you reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. To process your request:
- Contact us using the email form our website.
- Include a clear photo showing the issue with your product.
For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, please provide an additional photo showing all affected products in one frame for verification.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the rare case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can choose between:
- A reprint (with an additional shipping charge), or
- A partial refund
Print Placement Variations
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are within normal tolerance and will not be considered defects qualifying for a reprint or refund.
